We came across No Macarena online because we were drawn to the name! My husband and I had recently been to a couple weddings where the music was a little cheesy and the DJ hogged the mic all night. We were looking for something that didn’t remind us of a Bar Mitzvah from the 1990s…

From our first phone call with Kim, we felt reassured that we had made the right choice with No Macarena. Kim was a great vendor to work with- she was always very professional and responded to our calls or emails promptly. Even more important, she was receptive to all our music requests. But we didn’t have to micromanage and give her a list of all the songs we wanted played- we just gave her a general outline of our musical tastes and she seamlessly filled in the blanks.

On our wedding day, Kim was just wonderful! She provided sound systems for both the ceremony and reception and we had no technical or sound issues whatsoever. But the best part was how in tune Kim was with our guests and the “vibe” of our dance party. She seemed to be able to pick the perfect song to get the crowd out on the dance floor. We only wish we could have kept the party going longer! Kim of No Macarena was an amazing DJ and we highly recommend her!
